CDC Arkhinéo has several sites in two countries: France and Germany, and also offers an option of local replication. You can choose which country you wish to archive your data in.

Our secure service for archiving digital data is based on technical architecture consisting of three sites.
CDC Arkhinéo has 2 active/active sites in the Paris region. Each site is independent and autonomous with its own redundant air conditioning and energy sources. Each has its own dedicated telecoms access with an automatic switching system, with the access providers, in case a connection fails.

The third passive site is a backup site. It is based over 450km away from the first two in the Bordeaux region. It receives backup copies of the archives and configurations.
These three sites are in secure buildings owned by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

CDC Arkhinéo also has three sites in this country with practically identical technical architecture. The only difference being that the three sites (the two active/active sites and the passive site) are on the same campus.

It is also possible for international clients using the French and/or German platforms to additionally request local replication of their archives in the countries where they are based.

Don't hesitate to contact us to find out in which countries we offer local replication.
